Our gift vouchers are delivered instantly via email and are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. We offer our customers two types of gift vouchers:

  • GoDo Themed Gift Voucher - They won't know how much you've spent.
  • GoDo Activities Gift Voucher - They will know how much you've spent.

Please Note: We do not issue gift vouchers for specific products, nor are we able to mail your gift voucher. Gift vouchers are non-refundable, are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash and cannot be extended. Gift vouchers can only be used for activities listed on the GoDo or GoDo partner site where the gift voucher was originally purchased and NOT for accommodation, flights, transfers, car rentals, etc.

How to buy a gift voucher

It's easy to buy a gift voucher. Simply click on the 'Gift Voucher' button on the homepage and select the type of gift voucher that you'd like to buy, put your details into our one step booking cart and receive instant confirmation of the purchase via email.

GoDo Themed Gift Voucher

Once you've chosen the type of gift voucher, you'll be taken to a gift voucher page where you'll need to select the amount you'd like to spend. And when you've completed this step, you'll be prompted to enter a personalised message (optional) and the recipient's email address (mandatory). Then, all that is left is for you to follow the normal purchase process through the check-out. You can also purchase a gift voucher from any one of our thousands of product pages.

Remember that we cannot guarantee that any particular product will be available at the time the recipient would like to use their gift voucher. The price and availability of all the activities listed on our site are subject to change.

Please note: All gift vouchers will expire exactly 12 months from the date of purchase and cannot be extended past that point. So don't forget to use it!

How to use a GoDo Activities Gift Voucher

Using your GoDo Activities Gift Voucher to book an activity is easy.

Simply follow the normal booking process outlined here. When you reach the payment options page within the shopping cart you'll have the opportunity to enter your gift voucher code as a form of payment.

Of course, if the value of your gift voucher is less than the price of the activity you're booking, you'll need to pay the difference! But if your gift voucher has a value greater than the activity you booking, you'll be reissued the difference in a shiny new gift voucher.
