Located less than an hour from the capital city is a region of rural beauty and food and wine innovation - the celebrated Martinborough Wine District. Discover the tastes of not only its wonderful award-winning wines - especially the flagship Pinot Noir wine - but also local seasonal foods with a personal guide.
Our small groups make this a very interactive experience, sharing information and places you wouldn't get to alone. Our guides are not just passionate and dedicated followers of gourmet, they're also warm-hearted walking encyclopaedias on the foods and wines of the Martinborough region.
Drive in comfort to see behind the scenes of boutique speciality food produces and sample the flavours typical of Martinborough products. Of course, we will explore and savour premium wine brands along the way too.
Meet the local producers who'll share their experiences and enthusiasm for what they do. Finish with a delicious lunch where local foods are matched with specially selected local wines.
This tour runs from 9:30am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday, and 11:00am to 5:15pm on weekends.

Departs from Wairarapa. If you are in Wellington, take the Wairarapa return train from Wellington Railway Station to Featherston Station, which departs at 8:25am weekdays and 9:55am weekends and our guide will meet you at Featherston Station and return you to the train for your trip back. Exact meeting point and supplier's details are provided immediately after booking.

- Cancellations notified less than 8 days prior to activity date » no refund is given by activity supplier.
If you do not attend at the agreed date, time and place you may not be entitled to any refund by the activity supplier.
